Resuable Content Boxes pertaining to Library policies and services are housed here.
Subject specialists and departmental liaisons provide faculty and students with a personal contact to whom library-related issues and questions may be addressed. Students are welcome to contact liaisons with subject expertise regardless of the campus they are located.
Requests for purchase are reviewed by subject specialists using the Library's Collection Development Policy. Please note that items may take up to 8 weeks to arrive, with certain requests taking longer.
Interlibrary Services provides materials free of charge to valid UConn users. Services provided include:
Check out Reserve Materials by bringing call numbers to the main desk of your campus library. Find reserve materials for your course via the Course Reserve pull-down menu in the Library's General Search. Shortened loan periods ensure these materials are available to all students in a course.
Library materials can be checked out with a valid UConn ID card. Please be aware, borrowers are responsible for the care and timely return of materials. Fines are assessed for late or damaged materials. Renewals can be used to extend due dates/times.
