Campus Change & UConn Library

Ask a Librarian

No matter which campus you're on, Ask a Librarian is here for you! Ask a Librarian is our one-stop shop for assistance. It includes the Ask a Librarian live chat service, which is staffed by librarians ready to answer your questions for almost the entirety of the 24-hour day, 7 days a week. In addition to chat, Ask a Librarian has a variety of helpful guides, a FAQ page, and contacts to help you get the information you need.

Curious what questions you can ask over chat? We can help you with information about spaces, services, materials, and technology rentals. Feel free to ask us questions about finding a particular resource, getting help with a research assignment, which floors at Babbidge are best for quiet study, or how to get a book or article that UConn Library doesn't have access to. Simply put, if you have a question, ask it! We are always happy to help.

And if you'd rather not chat with a person, you can always check out our extensive FAQ page, which can provide answers for a number of your library-related questions.
