UConn provides technology on loan whether you are in immediate need for an exam or need a longer loan while your device is repaired. Below are options available to you as a UConn student.
UConn Library Hartford provides Dell Loaner Laptops that can be borrowed for 4 hours.
Laptops are enabled with Lockdown Browser.
UConn Hartford IT provides long term laptop and iPad loans.
To learn more about this program, visit UConn Hartford IT in the lower level of the School of Social Work at 36 Prospect St.
To complete an online request for a 7 day laptop loan, complete the ITS Laptop Loan Form.
To complete an online request for a 14 day iPad loan, complete the ITS iPad Loan Form.
If you are experiencing difficulties with your device or a device IT has loaned to you, please visit the UConn Hartford IT Office on the lower level of the School of Social Work at 36 Prospect St. IT staff members are available to assist you. Hours of operation and contact information is available on the Hartford ITS webpage.
UConn Library Hartford loans TI-84 graphing calculators as well as BA II Plus TI Financial calculators. Calculators are available for 4 hour loan and can be check out with your UConn ID at the Library, located on the Ground Level of Hartford Public Library.
