Group Study Rooms

Group Study Rooms are available on the Basement Level, Level 1, Level 2, Level, 3, and Level 4

Every Group Study Room has a table and chairs, and most have whiteboards. A limited number of markers are available for loan from the iDesk. You'll be able to see any additional equipment that a room has when you make your reservation.

Graduate Commons

The Graduate Commons is located on Level 3. This room is only accessible to graduate students using their One Card. Graduate Commons provides a dedicated study and collaboration space for graduate students. The graduate study space features tables and chairs for group and individual work, a whiteboard, and computer work stations.

 

To Reserve a Group Study Room:

  • Go to this link: http://s.uconn.edu/hblgroupstudy
  • Find the room that you want on the left, and select the time that you want your reservation to start in the calendar grid to the right.
  • At the bottom of the screen, select the time you want your reservation to end, then hit “Submit Times.”
  • Enter your NetID and password.
  • Hit the “Continue” button if all of your reservation information is correct.
  • Hit the “Submit My Booking” button to complete your reservation. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
  • Show up to the room on time with at least one other member of your group.

Group Study Rooms can be reservations can me made up to three days in advance.

Patrons may reserve two rooms each day for three hours per reservation.
