Welcome! Eating well is a proven way to feel better and help our bodies get the nutrients and vitamins they need.  If you are a student on a limited budget, you will find resources on food pantries for those in need. This page also features cookbooks to generate ideas for cooking.  In addition, it also features books about eating well and generating a positive body-image.
