Welcome! Eating well is a proven way to feel better and help our bodies get the nutrients and vitamins they need.  If you are a student on a limited budget, you will find resources on food pantries for those in need. This page also features cookbooks to generate ideas for cooking.  In addition, it also features books about eating well and generating a positive body-image.  Titles about body-image are at the bottom of this page.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, more attention has been focused on food insecurity amongst college aged students.  If you are experiencing food insecurity, there are resources like food pantries which are able to offer assistance.
