The NielsenIQ Marketing Data is provided by the Kilts Center for Marketing at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Our subscription covers these four datasets offered by NielsenIQ:
- Retail Scanner
- Consumer Panel
- Annual Ailments, Health, and Wellness Survey
- Custom Panel View Surveys

Register for data access at their portal if you are a “tenured and tenure-track faculty, PhD student, or postdoctoral researcher” at UConn.
NielsenIQ 2023 Consumer Panel Data and 2023 Retail Scanner Data were released on 10 January 2025.
- The 2023 consumer panel data includes the UPC start date in the product description file. This will assist with UPC versioning. Please note that versioning is unavailable for 2021 and 2022.
