According to Aimee Chambers, the Director of Planning at Hartford, The city has a Planning Commission staff that communicates with applicants via email and telephone. The clerks in the office also set up files in their database for the Plan Reviewers to work through. Applicants are notified that reviews will be complete within a 30-day period.
