About this Guide

Request a Purchase
If the UConn Library does not own a copy of a book or film you are looking for, you can submit a request for it to be added to the collection. Students, faculty, staff, and community members can submit a request, and there is no charge to the patron.
Requests for purchase are reviewed by subject specialists using the Library's Collection Development Policy. Please note that items may take up to 8 weeks to arrive, with certain requests taking longer.
